Shipping and Order Info
Domestic orders placed on thegoodshirts.com are shipped using USPS or UPS (including UPS Mail Innovations).
International orders placed on thegoodshirts.com are shipped using one of the following carriers: DHL Express, USPS, FedEx, or a local postal service.
If your order contains multiple items, please kindly note that there is a possibility of split shipments from different print providers and carriers.
The fulfillment times can vary but on average for apparel products (t-shirts, hoodies): 4–7 business days and for non-apparel products (posters, mugs): 2–7 business days.
**Speciality items that are not t-shirts and hoodies (ie. sweaters) may take up to 15-21 business days to fulfill
Please note we are unable to offer expedited shipping and fulfillment services at this time and delivery dates can not be guaranteed.
Shipping and delivery times are based on the shipping method, destination, and carrier. The average shipping time can be found below:
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Standard: 3-7 business days
International Shipping
Standard: 5–20 business days
Please allow up to 2 weeks for US orders to be delivered and 4 weeks for international orders to be delivered. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping on orders and delivery dates can’t be guaranteed.
Shipping costs vary by product and destination. For instance, specialty items outside of t-shirt’s, hats, and fleece products, may incur higher shipping fees due to their size and packaging requirements. Additionally, countries like Iceland, Switzerland, Australia, Brazil, and New Zealand often experience higher shipping costs.
T-shirts:
All US orders are shipped with a flat rate of $6.99
All Canadian and Australian shirt orders are shipped with a flat rate of $20.00
All other international orders are shipped with a flat rate of $15. If your order requires shipping through US Customs, shipping is $20.00.

Hats:
All US hat orders are shipped with a flat rate of $9.99.
All International hat orders are shipped with a flat rate of $25.
Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Goodshirts does not cover or assume liability for any customs fees incurred. All charges imposed by your country’s customs office are the customer's responsibility.
To cancel an order please contact the Goodshirts Customer Service team here. Canceling an order is only possible before it reaches the packing or shipment phase. If your order has been marked as processed by the print provider there is a possibility that the provider is unable to cancel your order.
Once your order has been placed and your payment has successfully been processed, order changes and item edits can not be guaranteed. Please reach out to the Goodshirts Customer Service team here to request an order change. Please kindly note, order changes will not reflect on your confirmation page or shipping email.
Once your order cancellation is confirmed, please allow up to 8-10 business days for any refunds to process back to your original payment method. If your refund has not been received within that time frame, please contact Customer Support.
If you have received an incorrect item or your order arrived damaged, please contact the Goodshirts Customer Service team here for assistance.
If you would like to return your order for a refund or an exchange, please contact the Goodshirts Customer Service team here.
Orders postmarked within 7 days of delivery in new, unworn condition, purchased from thegoodshirts.com, will be eligible for a return or exchange. Customers are responsible for all return postage costs, unless the order was incorrect or damaged.
Please kindly note, only variant and equal item value exchanges are permitted at this time. Washed or worn items are not permitted for a return or exchange.
Original shipping charges for orders are non-refundable, with the exception of damaged or incorrectly shipped items.
Returns will be refunded back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 8-10 business days for returns to be processed.
Order Status FAQs
Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirmation with your order ID number. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email or text notification, tracking number and or link. If your order is split shipped, you will receive multiple tracking emails.
Once your order has been placed and your payment has successfully been processed, order changes and item edits can not be guaranteed. Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If this happens, you will be notified.

Goodshirts ships to all 50 states as well as APO/FPO addresses, as well as most international countries.
Goodshirts restricts shipping to certain countries due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. As of now, we are unable to ship to the following destinations:
- Israel
- Brazil
- Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
- Russia
- Belarus
- Ecuador
- Cuba
- Iran
- Syria
- North Korea
- Isle of Man
To submit an address change request, please reach out to the Goodshirts Customer Service team here. We are unable to accommodate address changes once an order has moved into production, or once a label has been created and tracking information has been sent to the customer.
Please double check that all of your account and order information is correct BEFORE you complete checkout.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email or text notification and tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to register and update into the courier’s system.
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to offer expedited delivery and shipping service. Delivery and shipping dates cannot be guaranteed. Please allow up to 2 weeks for domestic order fulfillment and delivery and 3-4 weeks for international order fulfillment and delivery.
Damaged items need to be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please contact the Goodshirts Customer Service team here for assistance.
Incorrectly shipped orders and or item(s) need to be reported within 7 days of delivery .Please contact the Goodshirts Customer Service team here for assistance.
If your order was marked as "returned to sender" by the carrier, please reach out to the customer service team for a replacement shipment.
Please kindly note the replacement shipment will not be shipped until the original order has returned and processed back at the sender warehouse.
If your order is returned to sender a second time, the order will be voided and refunded once processed back at the warehouse.
If you wish to receive a refund, please note original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please note that Goodshirts is not responsible for any lost or stolen orders once the packages leaves the warehouse.
Shipping protection is offered at checkout to ensure these incidents are covered.

Shipping Protection Info
Goodshirts offers the Captain Shipping Protection during checkout. This optional service safeguards your order against potential shipping issues.
What Captain Shipping Protection Covers
By opting into Captain Shipping Protection, your order is protected against:
Lost Packages: If your order doesn't arrive within a reasonable time frame or your order never arrives.
Stolen Packages: If your package is confirmed delivered but is missing.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives with visible damage.
How To File a Claim
If your order encounters any of the above issues:
Contact Goodshirts: Please submit a ticket to our customer service team here within 7 days of the reported issue. Use the subject 'Shipping Protection'.
Provide Necessary Information: Include your order number, a brief description of the problem, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos, tracking information).
Claim Processing: Once we receive your claim, we'll initiate the process with Captain Shipping Protection. They typically respond within 3-5 business days.
Important Notes
Eligibility: Claims are only valid if Captain Shipping Protection was selected during checkout.
Claim Timeframe: Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the reported issue.
Resolution: Upon claim approval, Captain Shipping Protection will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Without Captain Shipping Protection
If you chose not to add shipping protection:
Standard Process: We'll follow our standard procedure to investigate and resolve the issue.
Potential Delays: Resolution times may vary, and additional documentation might be required.
Payment FAQs
Goodshirts accepts most major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept payment via Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal. Goodshirts E-gift cards can also be redeemed at checkout.
We currently offer payment plans through Affirm. Customers can choose this option at checkout.
